Eating as a way to deal with grief and depression feels comforting in the moment. It’s not the best thing for ADHD brains or the best long-term for our overall health. Hi was my diet, and I ate my way through my grief. The consequences were severe: increased cholesterol levels, weight gain, and not being able to recognize myself in photos.
